Súper fácil y nutritivo para el desayuno

Beneficios del cacao:
Ingredientes:
¾ de taza de avena previamente molida
1 unid de plátano maduro
1 cda de cacao natural en polvo
1 unid de huevo
1 cdta de polvo de hornear
½ taza de leche
1 pizca de canela
Preparación:
En el vaso de la licuadora colocar la avena, el cacao, canela y el polvo para hornear. Agregar los ingredientes húmedos: plátano, huevo y leche. Licuamos todo y lo dejamos en reposo 10 – 15 min
Cocinar en una sartén antiadherente o agregar ½ cdta de aceite de coco para que no se pegue
Opcional: Servir con la fruta que más nos guste y, ¡a disfrutar!
