It is low in calories which helps patients who are on a low-calorie regimen
Due to its fiber content, it helps to reduce cholesterol, prevent constipation, and makes us feel fullness and satiety.
Ingredients:
2 zucchinis o zapallito italiano
300 gr ground beef or ½ chicken breast
300 gr homemade tomato sauce
Olive oil to sauté the noodles
Preparation:
Wash and peel the zucchinis, then cut them finely into spirals. In a hot frying pan add olive oil and sauté the zucchini noodles. Finally, add the tomato sauce along with the ground beef or chicken pieces.
