Consuming maca optimizes our physical and mental health, reduces stress and strengthens our body’s defenses, helping us during long and exhausting workdays.
Ingredients: (6 servings)
1 ½ tbsp maca flour
200 gr fresh cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
6 or 7 yellow chili
1 cup semi-skimmed or skimmed milk
12 yellow potatoes
3 boiled eggs
6 olives
6 lettuce leaves
4 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Preparación:
Blend oil, boiled chili (seeds removed), lemon and salt. Add milk little by little. Mix in the cheese and then the maca flour, until obtaining a creamy sauce. If needed, add ground soda cracker or a little milk. On a plate, put the peeled boiled potatoes and top with sauce. Garnish with chili, egg, olives, and lettuce.
