Since 2019, at Clinica Ricardo Palma, we have the International Department, created exclusively to provide customized support to foreign patients in their native language.

This positions us as the only private health institution in the country to provide all the necessary services to our international patients so that they have the best experience in healthcare within our facilities at no additional cost.

• Care in all medical specialties
• Emergency care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Interpretation services in the languages required, either in person or through a call center
• Direct management with insurance and everything the patient needs, both at an administrative and healthcare level
• Assistance in the billing and collection processes to international insurers
• Translation of medical reports into English (when required by the insurer and / or patient)
• Agreements with more than 500 international insurance companies

The foreign patient must present their identification document (Passport, Alien Card or others), a copy of their insurance policy or card. Then, the International Department of Clinica Ricardo Palma will request the letter of guarantee that supports the required care.

Once the insurance coverage has been validated, the process of admission and patient care will begin.
