It is normal for some children to feel pain or discomfort in the arms and legs when they grow up. Usually, this happens when they are between 2 and 10 years old. It is not bone pain, but muscle and is more frequent at the end of the day and during the winter
This pain is not permanent or very intense. They are discomforts that normally pass quickly; however, you can put local heat in the affected area to generate relief. Also, placing compresses, moisturizers, massages or stretches is very effective. It should be clear for parents that this discomfort is not a disease, but they should take their children to the Pediatrician if they observe decay, limitation of daily activities, inflamed joints, fever or redness. Most pains will pass without major complications
