Regulatory framework and guiding principles

This policy is regulated by Peruvian legislation and in particular by:

• Law No. 29733 (the “Law”)
• Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS, which approves the Regulation of Law No. 29733 (the “Regulation”).
• Information Security Directive, approved by Directorial Resolution No. 019-2013-JUS / DGPDP (the “Directive”).

CRP (hereinafter CRP) develops its Privacy Policy in the treatment of Personal data in accordance with the guiding principles established in the Law and the Regulations, therefore:

1. In accordance with the principle of legality, CRP rejects the collection of Personal data of our Users by fraudulent, unfair or illegal means.
2. In accordance with the principle of consent, in the treatment of the personal data of our Users, their consent will be mediated.
3. The personal data of our Users is collected for a specific, explicit and lawful purpose, and will not be extended to another purpose that has not been unequivocally established at the time of its collection, excluding cases of activities of historical, statistical or scientist when using a dissociation to anonymization procedure.

• The data provided by the Users will be validated and updated by CRP with any other data from legally constituted public access sources, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal data Protection Law and other current sector regulations on the matter.
