Broccoli provides a wide variety of vitamins and minerals and helps to strengthen our immune system.
Make sure that the vegetables are steamed.
Ingredients: (4 servings)
1 can of semi-skimmed or skimmed milk
2 cups of broccoli
4 units of eggs
Pepper and salt to taste
Roasted bell pepper
Preparation:
Steam broccoli, blend, and season with pepper. In a bowl, put milk, eggs, chopped bell pepper, and broccoli puree. Beat and take to curdle in small (greased) molds. Bake at 180° C in a water bath for approximately 35 minutes. Serve with yogurt sauce or alone.
